There are two apartments, Fairfax apartments and CAMPUS APTS, which I can choose and there are serveral differences between them.  First of all, the former apartment has two large bedroom apt while the latter one has only one bedroom apt.  Furthermore, Fairfax Apartments is furnished, whereas CAMPUS APTS isn't.  Moreover, unlike Fairfax Apartments, pets are allowed in CAMPUS APTS.  Finally, the former apartment's rent is 1250 a month and all utilities included.  On the othe hand, the latter one's rent is 900 a month and plus utilities.  If I can choose one of them, I would choose CAMPUS APTS for its rent is cheaper.
